much were your sales in the past 7 weeks okay okay so we sold out 90% of our inventory 2,000 units what’s the retail price per unit 100 dirhams 100 dirhams and what are your cogs per unit so year 1 18 dirhams year 2 12 dirhams year three 9 dirhams and actually year four 7 1/2 dirhams so that’s based on quantities that you’re expecting yeah correct so my daughter already uses this every morning and you know the minute I saw your product I wanted to check where she got it from and how much it was she bought it for 17 dirhams which now you’re telling me now your costs are 9 and a half is that what she said year one would be 18 year one would be 18 so my question to you is two things first of all I think there’s way more meat in the sachets that you’re planning cuz of course they would then be formulated to your recipes or your particular aspects of whatever you add into it and my second thing would be would you like us to focus on you as a brand that does beauty tools products or a beauty social impact brand cuz I heard you repeat that a multiple number of times so which aspect are you really selling my passion is with empowerment and social impact so yes Glamice is a great product it makes that difference we can go places with Glamise with a prepaid sachets but I think there needs to be that focus as well of giving back to society so yes there may be those that your daughter bought it for 17 dirhams but they are not making that difference they are not empowering women how do you want to give back do you have a program currently no but we could it’s an idea to deliver workshops to female entrepreneurs today you have a product that can easily be copied and what goes inside is the magic formula but you don’t have it yet you just have generic stuff with water lemon cucumber and water we will have that magic formula when you invest but you don’t have it yet so you don’t have a social impact program and you have a magic formula so you have a piece of plastic so for me I don’t see any magic wand here so I’m out thank you thank you Saga my fear is that in the beauty industry there’s a lot of fads that come up and they go viral on social media products and then after a while you know something new comes up and they kind of die down i’m not sure of the continuity of a product like this over time and I also don’t know how many times a client would purchase this throughout the year so my fear is that your cost of customer acquisition will be quite high but your lifetime value of the client won’t justify that cost of acquisition so I’m going to bow out
