So I started employing with just one staff and during that year I made around 481,000 dirhams. I made as well a net profit of about 80,000 dirhams. Okay. So in 2023 I grossed around 780,000 dirhams with a net profit of 300,000 dirhams. And also this year I made 350,000 dirhams of gross revenue. I want to dream more. I want to be where my clients are because what I do is provide them recipes to fuel their dreams. So I am the shortcut to success and I have that magic hands in my pocket. That’s why I called myself as a million dollar dessert magician.
I’m struggling understanding your business. Are you going B2B? You’re selling your product into and there other brands around that product. Be a little
I’ll break it down. I am a culinary consultant. My main service is menu development. So if you have for example investment, you have an idea but you don’t have the technical skills, you come to me, I’ll make it happen. And I just get a small margin from every single recipe. For example, in Ramadan, which is our busiest period, one recipe makes 250,000 dirhams a day. Imagine.
Just help us understand the difference between million-dollar dessert magic. Noel is your pitch today. You’re launching your own brand under your own name and it’s going to be a chocolate bar, you know.
All right. Okay. So to break it down, I am in a consulting business. So what I’m doing is making a strategic move by not just the consultant but also the creator of the products and the producer. So I have tangible products to sell in the market and you come in and you say, “Chef I want to buy this brand. It’s ready to go.” So it’s having a readym made for acquisition kind of strategy that I’m doing.
So you were a consultant. What you want to do now is be a consultant with a facility.

We started the menu and we manufactured it. Unfortunately, my investors were not ready to pump in more money because the company said, “Hey, we need to be able to supply for 10 shops.” But they weren’t ready. They said, “Chef, let’s just sell the business because we’re not ready to take the bite.” So, we sold the business in less than a year. That’s why I want to revive the plan with the right investors who understand the intricacies of this kind of business because, you know, food business, you cannot recover in in a year. You need time. And I need those investors who understand the, you know, the nitty-gritty of having this kind of business.
Okay, chef, let me tell you a few things. You’re doing really well. Obviously, you’re clearly a fantastic chef. And the second good thing is that you came to the show. So, you have a a vision and a dream.
The business idea itself needs a lot more development. Have you considered developing a brand? You’ve been doing this for others, right? Now, you want to have your own. Exactly. Yes.
